A quiet, rural location with ideal connections: Würzburg, Ochsenfurt, Taubertal, as well as the A3 and A7, are within a maximum of 20 minutes away. Three bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom + guest toilet, a kitchen, a balcony, underfloor heating and parking right outside the door. Stay in a medieval tower in the old town of Iphofen. Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Better drink the last glass of wine upstairs! Bakery, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, train station all within walking distance.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.
