Step-free accommodation with terrace and large and green garden. We enjoyed it with our Setter Gordon. Beatrice and Michel are very welcoming and available hosts. The accommodation is clean and very well furnished (all the necessities are there) private parking in front of the house outside. It is very well located, close to Hossegor (oyster farming huts) are worth a visit, as well as Seignosse, Capbreton, Soustons, the forest and ponds with very good restaurants. a pleasant stay, very nice welcome from Jany. The accommodation is very comfortable, nothing was missing. we were able to enjoy despite a temp sometimes rain, sometimes sunshine. very beautiful area, where we have already come 3 times and where we will come back .

We had a great time at Pierre's! The house is perfect for a family or small group of friends, the interior and exterior offer great comfort, as well as the location where we were close to the city center and shopping malls. The welcome, communication and support were great, the responsiveness was there. I highly recommend Pierre's place!

Great stay in Cape Breton, the accommodation is super well-equipped, and well thought out! The terrace is lovely (small bonus for darts and bikes). It's perfectly located, both downtown and the beaches. Thanks to Laura and Arnaud for our very fluid exchanges. 😊

A very nice villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a coquettish and well-appointed pool area ( even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully wooded, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when you are in large numbers! A large living room and bedrooms of good size. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our choice to book. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime 😊

A spacious house, very pleasant to live in, with wood everywhere, both functional and atypical. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in the morning sun and sunset light. The outside, under the pine trees, is extraordinary ... being able to cook grills on the plancha or a wood-fired pizza while playing darts or ping pong is really exceptional. And when you get back from the beach, 10 minutes by bike, you can enjoy the outdoor shower and the sauna, also over a wood fire. What's more ... you have to come and spend a week, or 2, or 3, to understand how good we are here. Anyway ... we'll be back.

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center Clean apartment, linens that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Hosted with two cookies for my dogs, a small gesture that makes me happy 😊 Accommodation that receives dogs, and that's really the best! To know that the terrace is not closed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Great stay in this accommodation which matches the description perfectly. Close to Lac Marin du Vieux Boucau/Soustons beach. 5-minute walk to a nice walk around the lake. Pure pleasure (5 km walk) very friendly host. I recommend the accommodation with an average of 30/20!!! LOL. Really great!

Although quite remote, the accommodation is easy to find as long as you follow the instructions provided. Then, the accommodation matches the different photos perfectly. We particularly appreciated the hospitality of Jean and Agnès who were also very discreet. We were able to enjoy the barbecue, deckchairs and hammock. I highly recommend it if you're looking for peace and quiet!

Frédérique is very responsive, welcoming and caring. The accommodation is ideally located because close to the Golf and the beach, quiet. We came as a family with our 2 children (6 and 3 years old) and indeed you should not be younger facing the stairs. Very pleasant outdoors. A place to remember. I would highly recommend.

We (two families, two toddlers and two babies) had a fantastic stay at this beautiful place. The garden is indeed a real treat and most enjoyable with the afternoon sun and a good apero. There are also plenty of toys for younger kids to entertain themselves outside, including a little wooden house, bikes, trotinettes, etc. Very close to the beautiful beaches of this region. Don't hesitate - you'll have a great time in Tom's place!

We had a great weekend at this place. The location is ideal, close to the beaches, everything being in a peaceful and quiet place. The jacuzzi is a very nice extra service. The accommodation is clean and very well-equipped, nothing is missing. The fenced garden is perfect when you come to stay with a dog. The host is very responsive, welcoming and discreet. We highly recommend Alexandre's place! You can go there without a second thought!

The owner is very welcoming, friendly and available. The cottage is very nice, well equipped, clean, the bedding is very comfortable. The location is great! Close to the beach and a forest. Numerous walks possible in this beautiful region. We had a great time, we'll be back with pleasure!
