Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From 7 September, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise nuisance and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the works.

You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.

Nice 39 square meter apartment, ideally located in a quiet and bucolic residence in the heart of Seignosse. The living room opens onto a small terrace where you can enjoy a nice view of the private pond. You will see some ducks, moorhens and other herons.
