Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house and has a living space of about 42 m². From the hallway in the entrance area you enter the spacious living and dining room. You also have access to the bathroom as well as a bedroom & kitchen from the hallway. The apartment is about 500 meters from the Asbach center. All shops are within walking distance. Movie theater, go-kart track and much more.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Quiet, small house in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with stove, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window and a reading-game room. This includes a small terrace with a marquee and a 500 m² garden. It is not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature conservation meadow, which is adjacent to the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

OASIS - of tranquility - in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Westerwald! Large, secluded property - forest and hiking trails - Westerwaldsteig - right in front of the door. Motorway connection A3 Neuwied/Altenkirchen (No. 36) 6 km away! It is important to note here that parties, loud shouting, etc. are not allowed here, so we kindly ask you to refrain from bachelor parties, party gatherings, etc. Our vacation home is not suitable for this.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
