For those interested in paddling, the archipelago is available less than 100 meters from the house. Bredsanden, which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, is secluded and is 200 meters away from the house. There is an option to fish in Lake Vänern without a fishing license. New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

The cottage is centrally located with a 4-minute walk to IKEA and Bergvik Shopping Center with several stores. You have your own private garden with a 25 m2 terrace with sun most of the day. The balcony is protected from view with a thuja hedge and a trellis wall. From the balcony, you have a small glimpse of Lake Vänern when you look over the hedge.
