On the route to the most beautiful passes in Europe, from the Col du Petit Saint Bernard via Italy's Aosta Valley, the Col de l'Iseran on the Route des Grandes Alpes, the Col du Cormet de Roseland, the Tour du Mont Blanc and numerous hikes. A single but spacious room, no outside area.

Apartment on the 1st floor of a historic building, served by shuttles from the center of Bourg-Saint-Maurice (providing access to Les Arcs via funicular) to the La Rosière ski resort. Le Chat is a beautiful 170 m2 chalet renovated in 2021 to comfortably accommodate 10 people. It is conveniently located in a quiet area of Séez. In winter, you will enjoy the hot tub and evenings by the fireplace. No car needed to reach the Rosière and Les Arcs ski area, the free shuttle stop is 50 meters away. In summer, with its 10 x 5 south-facing swimming pool, the chalet is a pleasant base for discovering the valley. Bakery, small supermarket, restaurants within walking distance.

Modern apartment with one bedroom and parking

A modern and spacious one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent for 2 to 4 people in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.
