A cosy 35 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a former walnut oil mill renovated in the 1950s. The house is located in a small hamlet in the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV train station. On the route to the most beautiful passes in Europe, from the Col du Petit Saint Bernard via Italy's Aosta Valley, the Col de l'Iseran on the Route des Grandes Alpes, the Col du Cormet de Roseland, the Tour du Mont Blanc and numerous hikes. A single but spacious room, no outside area.

A modern one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent ideally suited for 2/3 people or 2 adults and 2 children in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a south-facing balcony, a ski locker, and parking. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in the rental.

This pied-à-terre is less than a 10-minute walk to traditional shops and 4 km to supermarkets, cinema, swimming pool, etc. Great place for a quiet stay for families or groups of friends.

The view and the calm will certainly rejuvenate you! 15 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, 10 minutes from La Rosière. Close to Italy and Vanoise National Park. Great for hikers and cyclists. We speak English and Spanish. This space is not suitable for children or infants.

A free shuttle at the foot of the building serves the Rosière station. In summer you will be on the road to the Petit Saint Bernard pass, you can easily practice hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, kayaking. All shops are 2 km away (bakery, butcher, organic supermarket).

Recently renovated in a mountain atmosphere, our little corner of paradise is located in a quiet and sunny area.
