Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seewald

We've been to some private homes, but this one far exceeded our expectations! Alexander is a top host, very helpful and really nice. There remained nothing to be desired in the apartment. The special highlight is the mega cool pool, even the rest of the apartment doesn't need to be hidden. It is very well equipped and clean. We will be 💯back👍

A modern clean apartment in the new district. The apartment has everything you need. Parking is a couple of yards from the front door. Communication with Kenan was easy as was the check-in. I can only recommend the apartment, especially if you are traveling by car.

We had an excellent three night stay at Caroline‘s place. The location is central and walkable to many locations. We also used the Strasburg tram system, which was super easy and convenient to get to and from the train station. We were able to check in early and were met right at the time agreed upon. The place was very comfortable for the four of us that stayed there. The kitchen was well equipped, and the showers were great. We also utilized the washer/dryer combo and that worked well. It had everything we needed. This was a great stay and we would stay there again! Thanks, Caroline!

The apartment is really great, very modernly furnished, very clean and well maintained and equipped with everything you need. It is very quiet, both in the house and in the surrounding area. The hosts are very nice and accommodating and very quick to respond to questions. We were even able to park our camper in the yard during our stay. The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean and well-equipped. The location was ideal, close to the city center 38 min by tram and 10 min by car from the airport and the environment was very quiet. I highly recommend it.

We spent a wonderful week of vacation here as a family. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired, the furnishings are gigantic, it is also the little things that make it perfect all around. From the garbage bag to the detergent to the dishwasher, everything is available. We had that very different. The location was perfect for trips to the Black Forest National Park, the Rhine Falls to Schaffhausen or beautiful Strasbourg. Roland & Dorreen are great hosts, everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Here, everyone will find their retreat. We will remember the welcome greeting for a long time. If we go on vacation here again, this will be our first address. Thank you for this beautiful holiday home. Best to you and always satisfied guests.

We had a wonderful week at Christian's apartment. It's really delicious, cozy, and very clean. The terrace is a very nice place to sit and enjoy the view and relax. Christian always responded if you wrote to him. He is very friendly and welcoming. If the opportunity presents itself, we will be happy to return to his apartment.

Place was very clean and thoroughly cleaned. We especially loved the private sauna and hot tub – great for relaxing! Overall a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are nice and bright, but also a little clairvoyant! Thank you very much!

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

This was our first stay in Germany to discover Baden-Württemberg as a family. We can't dream better as a starting point at the heart of the region. Albin and Carina's place was modern, bright and very well-equipped, nothing was missing, it was perfect! Carina is an ideal host who warmly welcomed us and was always very responsive to our requests. She even recommended things to do nearby. We will definitely come back to Albin and Carina's!

The apartment was perfect for our family holiday. Right on the first time we entered, the four of us felt comfortable. The kids enjoyed discovering the garden as well as all the games, books as well as the painting and crafts. Bakery, butcher and supermarket are within walking distance, so we were always happy to start the day with fresh delicious rolls. Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

Excellent location at Marienplatz. It is right next to a great bar (Bruno's), in addition to the REWE's around the platz. Downtown is a short walk away, and for further locations such as the Porsche Museum, you can hop on the S-Bahn and be there within 20 minutes. I would say overall a great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Stuttgart.
