Surrounded by vineyards and at the foot of the Northern Black Forest stands our beautiful barn. A place where families can relax and where unforgettable adventures await at the barn door. Altschweier is a cosy wine village with great excursion options in the area (Gertelbach Waterfalls, Mummelsee, Baden-Baden, Freiburg, Europa-Park Rust, Strasbourg). Donkeys, goats, sheep and chickens live on our farm. On request, we offer farm tours and donkey rides.

The climate-friendly house was converted into a holiday home with a lot of passion for detail. Typical furnishing elements from the Black Forest were used. The original rooms and low floor heights were deliberately not changed, they convey the rustic cosiness that makes it so unique. Let yourself be surprised, you will like it. Come and relax in our tree house (not accessible to people with reduced mobility, miller's ladder) overlooking our miniature goats, our mini donkeys, our mini ponies, our pig, total disconnection but with very good network coverage (just in case) 😀. Guests can enjoy a real SPA on the deck of the cabin. ⚠️ The cabin is not suitable for infants. 20 min from Strasbourg, 15 min from Haguenau, 10 min from Germany.
