Holiday rentals with a patio in Seewald

Very nice apartment where we felt completely at home. Nice quiet location to discover other cities and areas from there. Everything was also available in the apartment and also all looked very neat and clean. Apartment was also very nicely remodeled and finished high-quality. Compliments!

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

Great communication, flexible check-in and the apartment was also very chicly furnished. We were on the road a lot and only in the apartment to sleep. We liked it very much and if we are in the area again, we will book with Daniel again. Thank you and best regards, Denis

We had a very relaxing holiday. Bakery 100 metres away. Pizza/kebab shop is nice for a change. At high temperature a delicious cool house, which is very spacious. A very quiet space due to its design/colour. Everything beautifully coordinated. Dogs also had a good time. Looking back on a great holiday!

G&P Housing stay was serene and memorable. We had a wonderful stay at this property! The interior was tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel both stylish and welcoming. It’s clear a lot of care went into the design. The location was great—just a short drive from the city center, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a more peaceful setting. It’s perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway or a relaxing retreat. Check-in was very flexible, which we appreciated, and the communication with the host was proactive and clear throughout our stay. Every question was answered promptly, making the whole experience seamless. The space was absolutely spotless, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We stayed here for 4 nights to explore the Black Forest. Everything was super straightforward, from check-in to check-out. Very nice, spacious apartment, especially super clean. We lacked nothing and we felt very much at home here. Price-performance is right too. Highly recommended, happy to come again :)

One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Han's place was idyllic indeed. Loved the way he repurposed the furniture. His extensive library was amazing and a variety of subjects! Made me wished I learnt German actually. Was fun to see the Rolling Stones posters and tickets.. and books in the library. The garden was huge and peaceful. Overall, a beautiful place.

Adriana and Oana are hosts who care about the well-being of visitors: they are responsive and attentive to wishes and requests. Their place is very spacious, pleasant to live in, modern and very functional. The services provided are at the height of a hotel (towels, shower gel, quality bedding, etc.). The apartment has an exceptional view of the black forest and it's really nice to have an aperitif while listening to the bird concert in the trees. To be booked without hesitating!

A beautifully converted dairy stylish and chic. Lovely setting on the family farm. Warm welcome and great to be able to buy locally made produce direct. Well placed to visit sights in the Black Forest. Would visit again

Beautiful accommodation with a great view. :-) Manuel and Sarah are warm hosts. They responded and/or reacted to questions or concerns within minutes.

Nils responded quickly and the broken light was repaired the next day. The location is quiet and I literally heard nothing or anyone. The kitchen is provided with everything you might need. Unfortunately, one of us has a house dust mite allergy and suffered from this in this house. The others have noticed little of this. Small tip: maybe a trash can in the toilets? But really enjoyed our holiday in the Black Forest and definitely recommended for anyone who wants to see this area.

We were here with the dog over the weekend and felt very comfortable. It is a large, very quiet 1-room apartment, which is very cozy with an enchanted garden, see photos. Great as a starting point for hikes through the vineyards and forest. Kind regards to the lovely hosts.

Daniela is a very nice and helpful contact. The location of the apartment is quiet and the surroundings (the village) very idyllic. From the accommodation, you can quickly reach the surrounding vineyards, the city centre of Baden-Baden and numerous hiking routes through the Black Forest. Just the thing to unwind ☀️

A lovely apartment, well suited for three couples. The equipment to cook with was great and we loved the fondue set. Lots of comfortable seating in the lounge too. They were very helpful providing a high chair and cot. Hosts communication was great. There is a second apartment on the ground floor and outdoor areas are shared; although there is plenty of space and the provided bbq was great. Parking was harder to share and we ended up parking across the road, which was still pretty close but made it slightly more difficult to load and unload. Would definitely recommend!

Marvellous hosts who couldn't do enough for us. They welcomed us in person and gave us some wine and beer! They were always available to answer any questions and to make suggestions as to what we should do. We loved the position by the little Brook and the balcony was really nice to relax on after a long walk! We loved the area and will definitely try and return in the future.

Enjoyable stay with nice hosts. Parking directly at the property, quiet location and easy to reach. Full apartment, which I would not have needed - the price always worth - if necessary, gladly again!

The four of us spent a long weekend here and used the apartment as a starting point for various excursions. Stefan was always available and gave us some good tips for excursions in the area. The apartment was nicely decorated, in excellent condition and from the conservatory you had a great view into the surrounding mountains. Our kids also loved the play corner in the living room.

We stayed with Sascha for 4 weeks and we lacked nothing, and the Techant family took care of that, among other things. So if you are looking for a great vacation rental, in a quiet neighborhood where shops are still within walking distance, this is the place to be. We'd love to come back
