A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The 1-room apartment is on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV incl. Fire TV and much more provide a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is a bit cramped and more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A baby or child travel cot, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs, can be provided for a small fee (€ 10 per stay).

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

Bus 700 (about 50 m to the bus stop) takes you to the city or the main train station in 20 minutes (Limmerstraße approx. 10 minutes). The Ahlem train station is also a few minutes' walk away.
