Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the top floor (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 motorways. The "Steinfurther Allee" underground station is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. The apartment is located on the southwest side of a large farmhouse from 1883, surrounded by a well-kept garden. It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. The spacious apartment with 125 square meters has high ceilings and parquet flooring. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

The apartment was newly built in 2017 and is located in Hamburg's green lung for the Vier- und Marschlanden. The approx. 30 sqm apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need, as well as your own parking space in our yard and a cozy garden corner with the possibility of grilling and lingering is available .
