One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The 26 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Are you looking for a special apartment in a very quiet, sunny location with unique views of the Dolomites? Nevertheless, the town center can be reached in just a few minutes. In summer, hiking trails start right outside the front door. In winter, the ski bus stop is just a few meters from the front door. The apartment is equipped with solid wood furniture made by local carpenters and offers all the comforts. The apartment is not suitable for après-ski lovers.

Our light-flooded apartment is fully equipped, and features a private south-facing balcony with a unique view. Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Afterwards, treat yourself to a few hours of relaxation in the private sauna in your chalet or end the day on the couch with a glass of wine and a view through our panoramic windows.
