The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. The Dodge is loved by adults and children and featured in CBBC’s All Over The Place. It is comfy and cosy, sleeps 5 (two doubles and optional single bed).

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Cornwall Cottage has been loved by four generations of our family - we have many happy memories of holidays spent in the beautiful village of Seaview. The cottage is comfortable, cosy and child friendly, it is the perfect base for a seaside holiday - beaches, boating, biking, bucket and spade, crabbing, eating, exploring, fishing, pubbing, riding, stone skimming, swimming, sitting in the sun, ship spotting, shrimping and walking are some of the things we love to do when we are here.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Located in a private and ancient woodland on our farm, just outside Hambledon, in the heart of Hampshire, the perfect place to explore the South Downs National Park.
