The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. A nice place for our family and friends to stay and enjoy the beach. Tons of space and things included to consider their guests such as toys, beach chairs, wagons, and more! I’d recommend it to any one. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. My family of 3 and pup had a wonderful stay. Alli’s attention to detail with the cleanliness, decor, and quality linens matched the photos. You’ll feel right at home with this incredibly well stocked home. The coffee shop was a two minute walk and beach even closer. This is truly an Airbnb gem!

The Sol Shack was a perfect base of operations for our island adventures. It was the perfect size for two of us with room for another couple. It is situated in a quiet place off the beaten path. The host Tennille was amazing. She was very easy to get ahold of and had plenty of recommendations that were spot on. I would recommend 10/10 times.

Enjoyed my stay at Christine’s place. It is located at a dead end so very quiet. Nice area to sit outside. Very easy walk to the beach! Loved the stay! Would definitely stay again!

Another great stay- this is our third time I think at this property. Jonathon & Patricia are some of the best owners on Airbnb! So easy to work with and very responsive. I never worry we will have any issues and all of their properties are so great- we have stayed in all of them!

Perfect studio for short-term rental. Absolutely gorgeous lawn, view of the inter-coastal and surroundings. Sunsets were breathtaking as usual. The barn felt very private despite the location being next to the marina and restaurant. Misty was very responsive and flexible. Would 100% recommend.

This place exceeded my expectations! It was exceptionally clean, the location was a short 5 min walk to the beach, and very quiet at night. Everything you need for a day on the beach is provided. Frank had great communication throughout our entire stay. I look forward to booking this place again in the near future!

Great location and exactly as presented. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. We made our reservation at the last minute on day of arrival. Host was super responsive, helpful and well organized. Check in and checkout and access to the unit were all a breeze. We had a great time and enjoyed a hassle free quick get away with friends.

The place was very nice. Especially upstairs. Very bright and comfortable furniture! It was older than the pictures looked. Which is no big deal. I felt like the cleaners could have cleaned up a little better in bathrooms and bedrooms. ( however we booked the condo around 630pm so it was last minute) the master suite bed was extremely uncomfortable however.the guest room was comfortable. Air conditioning was older so it took awhile to cool down at night

Great layout with open kitchen with a big counter. Rob was super communicative and the unit had everything we needed. Including beach chairs, towels and wagon. The beach was about a 10 min walk. Our family had a great time!

Close to Harbour town and close to beach

Bryan was very communicative prior to our stay. He sent over detailed instructions on how to get to the place (including a video of the drive) and a helpful guide of the area with recommendations. The condo itself is great: enough space for four adults, just a quick + private walk away from a nice beach, and provided us with everything we needed for the stay (beach toys, kitchen supplies, etc.). Our only hiccup was the place not being cleaned when we arrived (which wasn’t the host’s fault). Bryan worked quickly to get the cleaning company to the condo + the cleaner was very kind and apologetic for the scheduling error. This was our first trip to HHI + we really enjoyed our stay at this residence. Bryan is a great host!

This is a pristine and stylish villa perfect for a long weekend! Lots of nice touches, Kiehl’s products in bath and kitchen, high quality appliances, Nespresso (thanks for the pods!) etc… made for a turnkey stay. The staff at best nest were extremely nice, helpful, professional and accommodating. The exterior of the place does not indicate what a nice experience awaits inside. :-)

We had such a great stay! Check-in was super easy and the condo was quiet. The condo was in the perfect location for lots of bike rides, trips to the beach, and short trips to great dinner spots. We had everything we needed at the condo to make our stay even better. While this trip was a short stay, we’re already looking into booking our next longer trip!

Great place to stay! I read other reviews mentioning of pet stains on carpet which was of no concern but when we arrived it looked like the unit had all new floors throughout with what looked like all new appliances and the building which gives you access to the unit had also had new carpets and and fresh paint to make for a nice new feel. Can't beat the location for access to harbor town and all the restaurants with only a short bike ride to the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay here was perfect!! The view is amazing and our two pups really enjoyed the ceiling to floor windows to watch the squirrels and golfers. The place was spotless, very peaceful, and the king bed was super comfy! Mt favorite spot to sit was in the Carolina sunroom. We enjoyed all of the walking paths and closeness to the nature preserve. It’s also very close to Harbour town, which was nice. We will definitely look for available dates here on future trips back to the island.

Deer Island is an incredible spot in Sea Pines! Very secluded yet still a walk away from Harbour Town. Meredith’s sea loft is cozy with perfect views of the bay and the wetlands. Loved staying here and hope to come back again soon!

My wife and I came here for our baby moon to celebrate our first child. As beach people AND also airbnb hosts, we are picky. Pictures do not do this place justice. Wildlife is everywhere from dolphins, cranes, and Deer. Sunsets that look like you see pictures of in magazines. This place is special, unique, and without a doubt the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. On top of all of this, the hosts did ALL the little things right as far as amenities. Clean, recently renovated, comfortable beds/pillows, heated fan in the master bathroom, and ceiling fans in every room. Do not hesitate and book this place! My wife and I already rebooked to come back later this year.

boat house, house boat, floats. this is a VERY unique Airbnb. 20min drive from savannah, sits on tybee Island. the host did an amazing job carefully walking us through the ins and outs of boat life. he provided a nice shower, comfy vibrating bed, really nice couch, full kitchen and big TV. we saw dolphins from our kitchen window! and otters on our way back to the boat BUT they didn't want to be our friends. Friday is the co host, she is a really cute friendly dog. you Will be thrilled to meet her and she seems to love to play, hangout and be around friendly people. a couple clicks from the boat is a very good seafood spot and market. The dock has real fishing/shrimping boats and the area smells like it. lots of cats running around too. overall it was a convenient location, laid back nice host and very nice atomsphere. whether it's one day or one year you will be happy you came!

We loved staying here for our family vacation! It was our first trip with our 1 year old and was perfect for our family! We’d sit on the screened in back porch and watch the horses walk by or we’d walk across the street to go see the animals at the petting zoo! We took many walks through the community gardens and bike rides through the nearby forest preserve! Such a fantastic location and amenities! We will definitely come back to stay here again!
