The open plan area on the second floor, gives access to the entrance room area, the kitchen, dining & living area and bathroom downstairs. While upstairs leads to two separate traditional Japanese Style rooms. Easily accessible by car to 4 of the local ski resorts. A all wheel drive car is recommended to get the most out of your visit, parking is available.

We have renovated a small wooden hut by woods. It stands on a plateau area over 1,000m elevation. When I was a child, my one of a dream was building my secret place like this by myself. It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
