Holiday rentals with a patio in Schwerte

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. My mother and I have certainly rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

This city and this neighborhood are gorgeous as far as I am concerned as a tourist. My landlords have kept a cozy and nicely updated unit, and the backyard is lush green full of fruit trees and flowers. A friendly cat seems to be always there to give you a warm and loving welcome, regardless of who you are. Access to a bus line is within 2 minutes walking, and if you like me love outdoors, there are many walking paths north of this location. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and will definitely come back if I am lucky enough to be able to visit this city one more time. Grocery stores and upscale restaurants are located nearby, and the nice weather of this city allowed me to walk to them. Christian, I sincerely thank you for your hospitality.

We felt very comfortable with Isabell and Britta. The apartment is clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished, has very good facilities, nothing is missing. The quiet location in the countryside allows for rest breaks and yet it is a good starting point to explore the Ruhr area by car and bike. It was a pleasure to visit the alpacas every day or to watch them from the skylight - they radiate a holiday feeling with their calm. We also learned a lot of interesting things about these great animals from our hosts and were even allowed to experience the shearing. Thank you for a great holiday.

Perfect place to stay!

I have been traveling to the region once a month for 1 year because I am traveling for business. Honestly, it's the best Airbnb I've stayed in so far. I immediately felt at home. Really quite magical and decorated with a lot of love and it has everything you need. I love the charm of the attic apartment. Just totally cozy. It's also great that there is a private parking space. You can shop and get supplies in the area. The apartment was easy to find and check-in was totally straightforward. Communication with Marion was super fast and pleasant. I've already secured the apartment for my next stay.

The four of us had a nice time over the weekend and enjoyed the house. The hosts were very friendly. We will be happy to book again!

We had a very pleasant stay. Cedric and his family are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed spending a weekend on their farm. The alpacas are a great addition, very nice to meet them.

The place is in a quiet and safe location. The house offers everything you need and as a bonus the house has its own parking space. We were cycling in Dortmund, so for us everything was about 5 km away (center, Borussia, city parks). Dortmund is a beautiful city full of green. We recommend staying with Vanessa and would love to come back. Thank you Vanessa for a lovely stay.

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

The apartment was clean, spacious and located in the centre of Altena: a bakery almost in front of the house and the castle only a couple stairs away. Everything was beautifully decorated and the kitchen looked brand new. There were a lot of games available and the dishwasher was a unexpected bonus! Two notes: the two-person bed downstairs is not very big, and the couch is comfortable for three people, four if you squeeze (this we knew before hand). The communication with Kai was great. We had a very nice stay with 5 people! I would recommend this apartment! :)

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a cellar ambience. Those who value the opportunity to watch television should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

A really perfect place to stay for our stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is ideal for exploring the area and check-in went smoothly. We felt very comfortable here and can highly recommend it.

Also a great Italian with good food is within walking distance. The apartment is nice, modern and clean. I was able to relax in the sun on the balcony. Simply great. I'm booking it now 1 week later. Then I stayed with Mrs. Schirp for 4 weeks. 🥰 I'd love to come back.

A wonderful stay! My girlfriends and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming place and it was just amazing! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated which immediately created a cozy atmosphere. In addition, Anetta & Peter's place was equipped with additional amenities such as charging cables for mobile phone, iron and coffee. The location is perfect – quiet but still close to great restaurants and it's just a stone's throw to downtown Dortmund. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Anetta & Peter were always available if we had any questions. I particularly appreciated the flexibility of Anetta. The accommodation was still available at short notice and we were very grateful that everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend this place to stay and would come back anytime. I didn't expect to stay in Dortmund in such a beautiful and quiet area. There is a lot to reach on foot and in case of emergency you also have the e-scooters which are also fun to ride. Now to the accommodation I have already been to a few Air bnb's but this has been very convincing the landlord has been more than friendly and the apartment itself also offers a very nice and well-kept bathroom. I can only give my absolute recommendation and will definitely consider this Air bnb again on my next Dortmund visit just great:)

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
