Wir vermieten ein insgesamt rd. 25 m² großes, ruhig gelegenes Appartement in Dortmund-Berghofen, nahe am Phönixsee (mit Bus oder Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar). Zur A45 und A1 sind es 5 Minuten, zur Innenstadt mit Bus und U-Bahn rd. 25 Minuten (auch der Nachtexpress hält bei uns / stündlich). Das Stadion kann in rd. 30 Minuten erreicht werden. Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufgelegenheiten usw. in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ganz in der Nähe liegt der Wald, ideal für Mountainbiking.
