The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The loft-like attic apartment offers space for 4-6 people on a floor space of around 90 m². Double bed 180 × 200 cm, bunk bed with 2 beds each 90 × 200 cm, living area with sleeping function. The apartment was completely renovated between 2022-2024 and is idyllically located on the animal enclosure of the wildlife park (the garden borders the deer enclosure). The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, 2 sinks, toilet and bathtub. Up to 3 parking spaces right outside the front door.
