Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by lots of green space and close to the forest. The historic fountain house and Martfeld Castle are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three beautiful playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets and a beverage market close by.

Shopping within 2 min. The apartment itself is fully equipped. For the double bed there is the possibility to use the sofa bed (150x190 cm) It is a non-smoking apartment on the ground floor !
