Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by lots of green space and close to the forest. The historic fountain house and Martfeld Castle are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three beautiful playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets and a beverage market close by.
