The apartment is centrally located to the cities of Schwelm and Gevelsberg (about 5 minutes). The Ruhr area (Bochum, Hagen) and Bergisches Land (Wuppertal, Remscheid) are easily accessible by car and public transport (about 15 - 30 minutes).

The historic Brunnenhäuschen and Martfeld Castle are within a 10- or 20-minute walk, as are three playgrounds, a small football field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a drinks shop very close by. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m from the house.

The 1Step2AllStars tree house (about 23 m²) is nestled in green surroundings in a quiet residential street just 2.5 km from the center. From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment is suitable for 1 to a maximum of 2 people. There is a small bathroom with shower/toilet, a living room/dining room and one bedroom. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in a detached 3-party house in a quiet residential area. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but is possible in front of the apartment in a sitting area.
