Our bright, spacious holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by many green spaces and close to the forest. The historic Brunnenhäuschen and Martfeld Castle are within a 10- or 20-minute walk, as are three playgrounds, a small football field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a drinks shop very close by. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m from the house.
