Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by lots of green space and close to the forest. The historic fountain house and Martfeld Castle are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three beautiful playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets and a beverage market close by.

We booked with Airbnb ourselves and we liked the basic idea so much that we have now become hosts ourselves! Offering your own living space or a well-thought-out furnished apartment where people from all over the world feel comfortable is a great thing and we are now very happy to do it! Our apartment is part of an apartment building and is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, 8 minutes walk to the train station( connections to all major cities such as Düsseldorf/Cologne/ Wuppertal/Dortmund, etc.). Shopping within 2 min. The apartment itself is fully equipped. For the double bed there is the possibility to use the sofa bed (150x190 cm) It is a non-smoking apartment on the ground floor !

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
