Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The chalet is located in the middle of the magnificent skiing and hiking area of Bödele. It is located not far from Dornbirn, in the beautiful Bregenz Forest. In summer, the Bregenz Forest invites you to countless hiking and cycling tours. There are also cultural highlights, such as the Schubertiade, the Werkraum Bregenzerwald or the award-winning gastronomy. The chalet is only a 7-minute walk to the Bödele ski resort.

Vacation home "Eichkatzerl" in the Metzler log cabin

In the silence of nature at 1,000 meters above sea level lies the apartment "Eichkatzerl" with an area of about 90 square meters on the first and second floors of our house, which was built in 1981 in log construction. Enjoy the breathtaking view of a unique mountain scenery from the spacious terrace or balcony. Skiers can ski directly from the front door to the ski slope in the snowy months. In the summer months, you can hike directly from the apartment.

Whether hiking, relaxing or spending time together with family and friends – here you will find the perfect place to arrive, feel good and switch off.

Rosenhaus 3

We lovingly renovated our old farmhouse in 2020-2021. The result is a spacious apartment (130 m²) with a kitchen, cozy living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The tiled stove and our conservatory (Schopf) are special and invite you to relax. Our house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by meadows with a spacious garden including a sitting area, barbecue facilities and playground. There are deck chairs that invite you to enjoy Kim's flower garden.
