With a lot of architectural and craftsmanship, a 300-year-old old town house has become a real gem. 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a cozy living/dining area with fireplace, 2 toilets, 2 showers and an extra bathroom on 4 floors provide plenty of space for vacationing.

Bei dieser mediterran eingerichteten Panorama Wohnung dominiert der unglaubliche Blick über den Edersee, auf das Schloss Waldeck und die Höhenzüge des Nationalparks Kellerwald- Edersee. Die Panoramakulisse eröffnet sich über eine 8 m lange, bodentiefe Fensterfront, selbst aus dem Schlafzimmer kann man vom Bett aus auf den See blicken. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und kann ab Mai 2022 gemietet werden.

The apartment-sunny side is located on the southern slope on the outskirts of Fuldatal Simmershausen. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

Our accommodation in Baunatal, located just outside Kassel and with an unbeatable connection to the A49 and thus the A44/A7, was redesigned and modernly furnished at the beginning of 2019. Our large unit offers eight bedrooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms and a large courtyard with seating and barbecue area, as well as a small outdoor playground for the kids. Whether for a reunion with friends or family: with us you will feel at home on the go!

The apartment in the Hasen-Haus is located not far from Lake Affoldern, right at the entrance to the Kellerwald National Park – the perfect start to wonderful hikes. It is about 2 km to Lake Edersee. Around the lake there are countless leisure activities for all ages: the wildlife park, the summer toboggan run, a treetop trail, the climbing park, bike tours, water sports and swimming on and in the lake, a canoe tour on the Eder and much more.

The Bilsteinquelle apartment has a size of 55 square meters plus a large balcony. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials you need - bed linens and towels included. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a cozy couch for relaxation

Relaxation & recreation in the newly renovated Wanderlust apartment. In addition to a TV in each bedroom, there is a fully automatic coffee machine, a fridge with ice cube dispenser and a pellet stove for the winter. Enjoy the evening sun on the large balcony and a view of the mountains of the Sauerland. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. I am also happy to provide drinks and food for the day of arrival.
