Everything was very good.

Lovely apartment, great historic building in picturesque location. Wladi was cool, very nice and totally relaxed, even if our children got a little louder. Unfortunately, we were a little sick and could not explore the area as well as planned on foot, but also for excursions the mill is a good starting point. The apartment is chicly renovated, the bathroom is really great and everything you need is available. We really felt comfortable, were very happy to be there and would be happy to come back sometime. A lot of praise and only the best review for this great space and the straightforward, friendly and generous landlords. We immediately felt at home because everything you needed was there, like treats for people and animals and cold drinks in the fridge. We are always very happy when our two big dogs are welcome - and they were! They were allowed to run freely in a garden area and we parked, so unloading was straightforward. Wonderful area and lots of doggy options. We will be happy to come back😊.

We had a lovely few days in Helsa. Connection to Kassel is very easy (the castle park and the painting gallery exceeded our expectations!), Helsa itself is a cozy place with many half-timbered houses, surrounded by forests where you can walk nicely. Regina is very friendly and accommodating. The shopping and a small pizzeria are within walking distance, we felt comfortable in the house, what more could you ask for?:)

A beautiful apartment, very well restored in an ancient building, it was perfect for us - 3 couples. The location is very nice, Lahn and old town are within walking distance. Two of the three bedrooms are accessible in the upper level of the apartment via a relatively steep staircase, was ok for us, but may have to be taken into account (small children, ..). Thank you, we had a very nice stay !

We stayed at the place for two nights. We were traveling with five adults, one toddler, and two small children. Everyone felt totally comfortable and didn't miss anything. From the communication in advance to the arrival, everything was completely well regulated and very loving. All the people we met on the farm were very open-minded and super nice. Our two youngest fellow travelers also felt very comfortable and will not forget the stay so quickly. Especially for families, the accommodation offers a retreat after beautiful day trips in the area. Everything is quite quickly accessible by car. We can only recommend the place. Thank you for the great accommodation.

A place to fall in love – pure nature with a heart We had four sunny days at the end of April in the beautiful forest cottage with impressive hillside location and fantastic views of the Fulda – and what can we say: It was perfect! Actually, we had many excursions planned, but the house and surroundings were so welcoming that we stayed on site the whole time. Whether cooking with the Dutch oven, archery or walking – every moment was a pleasure. A special highlight was getting to know the warm hosts Nikolai and Lena in person. A young, likeable couple who have put a lot of love, effort and taste into the house. Everything was modern, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We fell in love with the cottage from the first moment. The tranquility, nature and the relaxed atmosphere have been incredibly good for us. It was a holiday full of deceleration and well-being – we will definitely be back!

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

The place "old fire station" was very nice. The house is in a quiet location and is a good starting point for excursions in the area. The house is great and lovingly decorated, clean and very well appointed. Evelyn welcomed us in a friendly way and the communication also worked flawlessly. The lovingly designed garden was our highlight.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at Sabine's house. The different floors in the house make it feel like you have even more space. The three bedrooms have given us enough privacy for everyone. Sabine lovingly furnished her house and we were able to make ourselves comfortable even in bad weather. When the sun came out, we were also able to enjoy the lake a little. The wakeboard system occupies a large part of the lake and some places (e.g. the mini golf course) on the other side of the lake are abandoned. It was still exciting to discover them and they weren't listed as a current offer. In addition, we were able to do a really nice hike in the area. We would definitely visit Sabine's house again!:)

We were lucky enough to spontaneously spend the Easter holidays in the beautiful chalet and had a great time with the family (8 adults, 1 toddler). The chalet is located in a very quiet area on the mountain and is great for a wellness or hiking holiday. The host Dirk was always very accommodating and eager and always communicated quickly. The chalet was very clean and with a lot of love for detail, we felt very comfortable. The highlight was of course sauna and hot tub - we will be happy to come back!

A real insider tip for families with young children! At the beginning of April, we stayed for four days in the beautiful apartment of dear Monika and felt completely comfortable. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well equipped. For our 20 month old daughter there was a high chair and travel cot – just perfect. Right outside the door there is a small pond with a stream, and behind it is a playground – a dream for little explorers! The apartment is located in a quiet side street, ideal for children who can safely ride a bike or four bike there and discover the world. Communication with Monika was straightforward, friendly and fast. We highly recommend the place and will be happy to come back! Thank you so much dear Monika!

We enjoyed staying at the top floor apt of this beautiful old home on the river very much and hope to return one day! Views are idyllic and grounds of the property were amazing.

Apartment is as described, communication with Alexa hassle-free. Everything clean, kitchen with everything you need, terrace to rest perfect. Recommended!

A small, extremely cozy little apartment with everything you need! The hosts are incredibly helpful and nice. I felt very comfortable and highly recommend this place.

Thank you for the very relaxing and pleasant stay. I particularly liked the rain shower! Communication with Oxana is very straightforward and she is always ready to help me with everything. It is noticeably important to her that I, as her guest, am completely happy and that I lack nothing. Highly recommended!

Big plus points are of course sauna and pool table, but also beyond you can only feel comfortable here because you notice how much passion is in the apartment. On top you have a flexible and warm host with Toto, who allowed us to check out later and attach great importance to making his guests feel comfortable. We will be back!
