The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Quiet area. Hosts were friendly and very responsive, checked-in with us and provided recommendations for things to do. Would definitely recommend this place.

We can agree with the positive comments and highly recommend Wladi's apartment. It is clean and we lacked nothing. We were even allowed to park an additional motorhome on the farm, as we were a larger group of women & children. Wladi is very helpful and uncomplicated and we felt very welcome.

We had booked the "green" apartment for a short hiking holiday in early spring on Lake Edersee. For this, the location of the apartment was perfect - 20 min walk to the dam wall or 5 min to the forest. The apartment itself was very nice; especially we enjoyed the terrace right in front of the living room. The contact with Christian was friendly and nice.

We were there one night and we enjoyed it very much. Good cooking facilities, comfortable sofa, very good balcony and generally very cozy. I would definitely do it again.

The apartment has a super quiet location with a view. Yvonne is nice, helpful and accommodating. Top amenities. I'd rent the appartment again right away.

It was so beautiful. There is everything you need in the apartment. + a large cozy couch. The dogs were satisfied as small treats were waiting for both. There is dog bed, towels and something. We can only recommend.

Thanks to detailed information about check-in, we found the apartment directly. It was equipped with everything necessary and the baby also liked the spacious living-dining room. A modern bathroom with a rain shower ensured a pleasant end to the evening and the two balconies were a great addition. Only the construction site near the apartment disturbed the peace a little, but you didn't notice too much of it on day trips. The communication with Sebastian was great, there were good tips for activities, shopping and restaurants. We'd love to come back to this great area😊

We found a nice, clean apartment. Construction work was taking place in the hallway. The location is very central. Only a short distance to the bus stop and supermarket. Many places of interest are within walking distance. Very nice old houses, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Directly opposite you could order food and eat in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there were no wipes for cleaning. Two bedrooms on the upper floor can only be reached via a very narrow staircase without a railing. There was a rope to pull up. Not suitable for older people. In the smallest bedroom on the ground floor, there were 10 pillows on the bed. Where do you put it when you want to sleep? The living area was spacious and the two bathrooms large enough ... with shower or shower bath. Overall, a nice short break. Thank you.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

The accommodation is extremely high quality. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

We were very satisfied , communication was straightforward from the beginning. The place was very clean, the inventory very nice. There were drinks and sweets. There was also an offer for Netflix and Danz on a spacious TV. And at the end , yes WiFi was also available at all times and reception for the mobile phone was also available:-)))) The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. On the lake you can do water skiing and various things. A small beach bar is available. The operators are totally warm and humorous. The bike paths are great and you can eat delicious food in the area. Unfortunately, the facilities such as mini-golf, tennis, soccer field, etc. are currently not usable... But it didn't bother us... We will be happy to come back :-)

We spent a weekend with 6 friends at the farm of Charlotte and her family. Our goal was to relax and listen to music together. That was exactly what was perfectly possible at this farm. The house has enough space for 6 adults and it lacks nothing. The kitchen is super equipped, the beds are very comfortable, there are two bathrooms, and it has everything you need. However, the real highlight is the outdoor pond, which was perfect for our purposes: a beautiful meadow, which offers plenty of space for undisturbed relaxation through numerous trees and bushes. There are various lakes in the vicinity, which we wanted to visit, but ultimately did not do it because we felt completely comfortable at the farm. We have already said that we can very well imagine spending time there again, if not regularly. Dear Charlotte: thanks again for everything on this path! We enjoyed every minute!

Very nice and tastefully furnished place to stay, contact great and reliable. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Great oven for cool evenings. Small restriction: not suitable for dogs, as the stairs are very steep and open. Despite the photos, I didn't quite realistically assess it. Otherwise beautiful, surrounded by nature and very quiet. Jens is a great host and very eager.

We had spent a furniture weekend at the property and were more than satisfied. Very nice cozy house . Lovingly furnished and well equipped. Everything is plentiful in the kitchen Water was within walking distance. For the children, there was even a great playground in the holiday village. Host very friendly Conclusion: Highly recommended, 5/5 stars

The apartment is well equipped and tastefully furnished. As a group of adults who like to cook, we found all we need and more. The host is super nice and the check-in was straightforward.

Contact as well as the contact and finally the check-in went smoothly. Dominik took care of our requests in advance and everything was there. Accommodation was great and also everything you need on hot days. The lake is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes.

Beautiful, modernly furnished and very clean apartment. Comfortable large sofa in the living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need, enough storage space for clothes in the bedroom, practical dining table for 4 people. Very quiet location, we slept well.

We only spent one night in Thorsten's apartment while traveling from the Netherlands to Poland. We are very pleased with the stay, it met all our expectations. I was very happily received by Jan and his family from the beginning. I was reliably kept up to date by mobile phone for both check-in and check-out, and was therefore able to plan very flexibly during my internship, which in my opinion is not a matter of course! I felt welcome thanks to the personal friendly welcome, the clean accommodation with full equipment. If I needed something or needed help, I was helped. Thank you very much for that :) I always say goodbye with a recommendation to visit Jan and his family in beautiful Hünfeld, and I would be happy to come back with my partner 😊🌞😎

Lovely place! Beautiful building and surrounding. We had some hiccup of our trip and Stanfen was so kind and help us settle in quickly, making great recommendation of local scenery and restaurants. We had superb time in Kassel! I give my highest recommendation to the host, this place, and location!

We really enjoyed staying at Wladimir's place. As soon as we arrived it was very nice to explain everything very clearly. Arriving at the house had a space where he provided several toys for my children who loved and played a lot. The extremely equipped and functional kitchen. The house is very large and comfortable. It has a large covered park with automatic gate that made it a lot easier for us on rainy days. We need an urgent consultation for my son he called and scored the two times I needed to help immensely. All I have to say is thank you and I'm sure we'll be back in the future.
