The S-Bahn runs every 30 minutes without changing trains to Messe, Hauptbahnhof and Hauptwache. Shopping for everyday needs within walking distance, a large shopping center (MTZ) with huge parking lot within 7 minutes by car.

The property has a bedroom with a double bed (2mx2m) and a dining table & TV. The second room has twin beds. Between the rooms is the Kitchen. Behind it, there is a small, older bathroom with a new shower and a washing machine. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the souterrain of our House. You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.
