The apartment is very central, is modernly decorated and is clean. Unfortunately, the room on the street side is a bit noisy with the window open. The service of the reception very friendly and helpful. It has everything you need.

The reception is great, the housing is clean, the area is very quiet and sweet and nature is sweet and a small but very beautiful city in which all services are markets and restaurants The view of the residence is great, and the role is very large and clean. 😍😍I advise those who come to the city to live in everything near you.

Very friendly host, everything as described. Unfortunately, we saw a little late that it doesn't have an oven. Would probably have been a reason for us not to come here. But it was still great. Kitchen equipment is a little more class instead of mass. The most necessary is there, but much beyond that. Maybe a couple of water glasses more would be great. But it's whining to a high standard😉. It's nice! Bread service is 1A. Hosts would probably try to make everything possible. Very friendly and nice clean apartment. Invrarotian cabin and bathtub are also great.

We had 5 wonderful days in the Allgäu together with our two children. There are numerous ways to do something nearby. The room and swimming pool are an absolute recommendation for family with young children.

The Binder family is very nice, very accommodating and kindly! From the first encounter and until the drive home (2 weeks), they always supported us well with delicious pastries, practical notes, beautiful space in the garden and simply with everything around it. We felt super comfortable in there. The apartment is even larger than you can imagine from the pictures, very clean, quiet, bright. With special place for ground floor shoes. Also practically close to the train station, bus stop and supermarkets. In the kitchen there is everything in it, lots of dishes all kinds for cooking and eating / drinking. Otherwise in the bathroom everything is perfect, lots of table games, books, DVDs. The two dogs are very sweet and the children were happy to play with them. Secure parking. Simply thought through and organized everything so that guests can relax pure and enjoy the holiday. Many thanks to the Binder family!!

Everything was just right, the place was perfect for us little family (was even changed by the host, so we stayed with crawling mouse on the ground floor with a huge terrace and garden). Extremely friendly and, easy going host. The accommodation was super clean, very well equipped, spacious and in a great location! Lots of information about the Kleinwalsertal, seminar service, incl. train tickets, great weather, delicious Kaiserschmarrn and Alpabtrieb made our vacation perfect ! We will be back :-)

The location of this flat is amazing, an easy walk to all the things you want to see in town. And while it is not much to look at on the outside, the inside is so clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable (amazing sofa bed, too). It was a care free stay which is exactly what we wanted for a few days on the lovely Bodensee.

A lovely flat at the top of narrow stairs. very clean and modern with good amenities and a powerful shower. The host left us a lovely bottle of wine to share. Thanks.

Nice place and good location

Great place! Actually I wouldn't want to be too positive so this place is always available if I wanted to go! But honesty commands me to say that really everything was perfect!

There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) in the apartment during the autumn time. The room layout with two separate bedrooms incl. Showers and toilet were really great. The kitchen and living room also invited you to linger – and the large daily highlight was the visit of a squirrel on the balcony. We felt very comfortable here and Carmen welcomed us warmly and was always available for great tips. The location is super central and everything can be done on foot. We also received an Arosa Card, with which we could use the cable cars for free... and much more. RECOMMENDATION: Visit to the squirrel forest, the bear country and restaurant tip for Grisons specialties: Chalet Campino. We will be back.

Since I grew up in Arosa, my sister still lives in Arosa and my in-laws know and love Arosa, my mother-in-law's 60th birthday wish: "TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES." We stayed in Belmont in Arosa for 1 week. 6 adults and 2 children (3 months, 1.5 years) Super nice and likeable communication, great hosts. Jenny and Carmen were always very accommodating. (Flo is still enjoying the holidays in the sun :)) We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very centrally located. Very well equipped, clean and very spacious. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The highlight in the apartment is the Arvenstübli and the super beautiful view of the Untersee. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We will be happy to come back!!

My stay at this Airbnb was simply great! From the first moment, I felt super comfortable. The accommodation was not only sparkling clean, but also really lovingly furnished, with many small details that show that someone with heart is involved. The location was ideal but still central, everything easily accessible. And the host? Super friendly, helpful and always available if anything had happened (which was not the case😄)

Really peaceful and spacious apartment

An extremely beautiful, modern apartment. Lots of love for furnishings and interior design. The bathrooms are amazing! Very clean. Were welcome with children and dogs. Plenty of storage space and plenty of space. Outside view of fir trees and mountains, many birds were visible and also squirrels were visiting. We enjoyed it very much. 😃🐿️🌲🌲🏔️
