Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Willich - Very bright apartment - 3 bedrooms

The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, the exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

The Steilrand guesthouse comprises a single living room with a dining area and kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The living area features a sofa bed for two people. There is also a loft bed for two people. Outside, there is a terrace on a wooden deck. The guesthouse is located close to the A67 motorway / Bundesautobahn 40 and other major roads, making it easily accessible for activities further afield. Towels and bed linens are included.

Lonely forest hut in the middle of nature. The hut can be reached by car. It cannot be reached by public transport. Cozy furnishings, with fireplace, wood should be brought by yourself. The hut has household equipment with a good standard. Access and grounds are natural. All guests who want to enjoy nature and tranquility and respect nature conservation are welcome. Instructions and key handover only possible in German. Smoking is not allowed.

The Geni vacation home is a lovingly renovated and modernly converted cottage from the 19th century and was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
