This small, approx. 50 sqm granny apartment is located on the outskirts of Schotten, on the edge of the Vogelsberg/Hoherodskopf. Here you can go hiking or cycling perfectly. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has one bedroom (bed 2 × 2 m)/bathroom/kitchen-living room and a small covered terrace. A parking space is right by the house. Bicycles can be parked on/next to the terrace and charged if needed.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Cozy 60 sqm apartment in a historic, landmarked townhouse with access to the Weidenhäuser Missomelius Hof. The apartment has a spacious living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed 160 x 200 and a newly renovated bathroom. Many sights and the Lahn promenade are within walking distance. The outdoor pool and indoor pool Aquamar are a 10-minute walk away.

1846 Loft

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof! Du wohnst in einem herrlich offenen und großzügigen Loft, das früher der Heuboden über dem Pferdestall war. In der unteren Etage des Gebäudes befindet sich unser kleines Hofcafé, das nur am Wochenende geöffnet ist. Von dort geht es über eine Treppe zum Loft. Die Wohnebene ist ca. 65qm groß, eine offene Schlafebene ist über eine weitere Treppe zu erreichen!
