An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where the hayloft was once of this 1878 farmhouse. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

The old Wagenschuur on the river Lek.

This beautiful cottage used to be a 100-year-old carriage house, of which old beams have remained visible as much as possible. The cottage is located in the yard of our 400-year-old monumental Krukhuis farm, where we live with our sheep, chickens and dog. The cottage has its own outdoor seating. Opposite the farm are the floodplains of the river Lek with the many nice little beaches. And a stone's throw away is the cozy silver town of Schoonhoven.

On the Achterdijk in Schalkwijk is a beautiful vacation home. The house is situated in the former shooting range of the Lunet aan de Snel, part of the New Dutch Waterline (NHW). The house is furnished for a maximum of 6 people. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. A canoe is included in the rental of the house.
