On the outskirts of the city but very quiet in the middle of the meadows, you are most welcome in our AirBNB Aan de Kaai... From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Bakhuisje on the Lek

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Het huisje is comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht, met lokale tips die je niet in reisgidsen vindt. Verken met onze leenfietsen de Hollandse weilanden, molens en dorpjes. Dankzij de centrale ligging reis je eenvoudig naar steden als Gouda, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht en Amsterdam. Een afwisselend verblijf met rust, natuur en stad dichtbij.

Spacious accommodation with private entrance with plenty of space inside and outside to unwind and relax. Ideal for fishermen, cyclists, bird watchers, hikers and other nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts can also indulge here. Private free parking. Sleeping area can be split so that everyone has their own privacy during the night's rest (see photos). A well-stocked bookcase, a private kitchen, shower and toilet are at your disposal. Spacious hallway where you can possibly park your bikes.

Onze ruime studio van circa 43 m² bevindt zich aan de rand van het prachtige stadje Oudewater en midden in het veenweidegebied van het groene hart. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. Always wanted to sleep among the apple trees in Zilverstad Schoonhoven? This is possible with an overnight stay in this cozy detached annex, located in an orchard with lots of privacy and (private) garden. The house is close to the center of Schoonhoven (0.5 km), close to Rotterdam (30 km), Utrecht (30 km) and Gouda (12 km). This place is a perfect starting point for your bike ride through the Krimpenerwaard, the Vlist and along the Lek. We warmly welcome you!

The old Wagenschuur on the river Lek.

This beautiful cottage used to be a 100-year-old carriage house, of which old beams have remained visible as much as possible. The cottage is located in the yard of our 400-year-old monumental Krukhuis farm, where we live with our sheep, chickens and dog. The cottage has its own outdoor seating. Opposite the farm are the floodplains of the river Lek with the many nice little beaches. And a stone's throw away is the cozy silver town of Schoonhoven.

We offer you a Studio on the Reeuwijkse lakes. Beautifully styled. It is a detached cottage, on a nursery, with a rural view of the lake. You can sail with the canoe and the rowboat. And of course, you can swim and fish. You can also enjoy hiking and biking in the beautiful nature. Furthermore, the cottage is a good place to make trips to Gouda and The Hague/Rotterdam, even Amsterdam can be reached within an hour.
