The kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee maker, kettle and all the cooking utensils you need. The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Our 30 sqm vacation rental is on the ground floor of our 2022 family house in Stuppach. The parking is right at your doorstep, everything is on the ground floor and without steps. In the apartment is a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine (pads) and kettle. The bed is only partially suitable for 2 persons with a width of 1.20 m. Baby cot and high chair are available on request free of charge.
