Directly connected is the main house, which now serves as a guest and seminar house, but is also privately occupied. The Vierkanthof is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
