Holiday rentals with a patio in Schönau am Königssee

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Walking distance to everything in town (including the awesome Sophie's Cafe for lunch and dinner!). Spotless, beautifully decorated apartment with two balconies. Wifi, hot shower, washing machine, kitchen--everything you need works perfectly. The bed is super comfortable. Andrea is a great communicator who made sure everything was great for our stay. Highly recommended. Having a parking pass for the garage was wonderful. Once you get used to it, it's easy and only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. You can park outside the apartment to unload and load. Will definitely be back!

Georg and Renate were wonderful, communicative but not intrusive hosts. We felt right at home The apartment is very pleasantly furnished, everything you needed was there. And for me, the most important thing: absolutely clean!!! The location is fantastic. We were able to do many beautiful tours by bike, even a few further destinations were great to reach by car and bike. The evenings on the deckchairs, a glass of wine in hand and the fantastic view of the lake were the perfect end to an eventful day. Thank you Renate and Georg for the wonderful time (10 days) with you. You and your apartment are absolutely recommended.

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt right at home. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what more could you want. The snacks and the delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

Sandra's place was so beautiful. Really fabulous views, easy access to restaurants and the lake. Fabulous trails to walk. Very comfortable and modern. Everyone in the area was pleasant to us English speakers.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Beautiful place! We loved the local hikes, summer toboggan, and exploring nearby towns.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

We had a great stay. We appreciate the privacy of the house, it's an ideal stay for families with small kids. I hope we can come back again one day!

We had a wonderful time at this location! The place was perfect for enjoying the warm weather and was also well-equipped to keep things cozy when it got chilly. Everything was very clean. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient—close to a variety of attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Lake Schliersee again, we will gladly return to this apartment!

Sönke and Tillmann's apartment immediately felt like a home. It is very well-equipped, sparkling clean and is located in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood. We had our privacy at all times and were able to enjoy our stay completely relaxed. Thanks to the hourly ski bus, we were quickly and easily in the Hochkönig ski area. The supermarket was also within easy walking distance – overall a perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything. Great place. Beautiful, spacious and with a great garden.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Christina and Matthias did everything they could to make us feel welcome, and that paid off. Their hospitality, the accomodation, the surrounding environment. Everything is lovely. Their daughter even made us some amazing courgette fudge muffins. Salzburg is also very easy to reach with a 15-minute bus ride that stops at the end of the street. If we ever come back to visit Salzburg, we’ll definitely come here again!

It was one of the most beautiful apartments I lived in in the quiet, clean and all-available Kabron area

Highly recommend if you want safety and security, underground parking available as we rented a car, private spot comes with the apartment so no need to worry about parking at anytime , quiet area at night, 10 minutes to the centre driving, we didn't use public transport but 200 metres away. Balcony was superb, loads of seating, bbq available. Opens off the living area Living area spacious, loads of seating, fully equipped kitchen, oven, large fridge, table and chairs, bathroom has bath and shower combined, plenty of towels and showering materials. Bedroom comfortable with plenty of storage, black out blinds and TV. Amenities in the basement for washing, drying clothes, bins for rubbish and recycling and access to private car park. Overall a beautiful apartment.
