The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Located in the heart of the historic Alpine town of Bad Reichenhall, you’ll find yourself in an excellent starting point for your next hiking or relaxation holiday. The apartment is situated on the 9th floor, offering breathtaking views over the Bad Reichenhall Alpine panorama, framed by the Hochstaufen, Untersberg and Predigtstuhl mountains. Alongside other attractions, such as the Rupertus Thermal Spa, the picturesque old town of Bad Reichenhall is only a few minutes’ walk away.

SO Apartments EG - Filzmoos, Neuberg

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Faselsberg in Schönau am Königssee. Our house offers you a good starting point for relaxing walks, hearty hikes and eventful mountain tours. Our house Laxerlehen can be reached in just 5 minutes by car from Berchtesgaden train station. Surrounded by magnificent surroundings with meadows and forests and at the entrance to the imposing mountains of the Berchtesgaden National Park, our mountain farm is located at a medium altitude of 800 m.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Alpeltalhütte - Wipfellager (Alpeltal Lodge - Treetop Camp)

Time out on the mountain. With us at the Alpeltalhütte at 1100 m, directly below steep rock walls and surrounded by forest and nature, you will find your perfect place for your time out. The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

House Herzogenberg Tower House

Welcome to the tower house – your cozy retreat near Königssee! On 60 sqm, the charming cottage offers a living room with sofa corner, dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with box spring beds. A furnished terrace overlooking the Hohe Göll and the Jenner invites you to relax. The Jennerbahn is right at the door, and the boat dock to St. Bartholomä is a 12-minute walk away!

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

A place to dream: the Weitblick chalet apartment combines luxury, nature and relaxation. Covering 200 m², it features an open-plan living area with glass front, three bedrooms, a children's room and two bathrooms.
