We stayed at this property with three technicians, and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Wir, 5 Freunde, die zum Sporteln hier waren, wurden herzlichst bei der Unterkunft empfangenen. Die ruhige, idyllische Lage ist ein Traum! Auch das alte Bauernhaus ist ausgesprochen charmant und blitzsauber. Dank dem schönen Wetter konnten wir auch draußen frühstücken und nachts den Sternenhimmel genießen. Danke Elisabeth und Familie für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The house is fantastic for a family and Roxana is an incredible host. she had arranged our public transport tickets that allowed us to catch the bus from the end of the street into Salzburg. She also surprised our 10 year old with balloons and decorations upon arrival for his 10th birthday. We loved our stay at Roxana's house, it was amazing.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Alexandra is friendly host. We stayed 2 night, location is great, just 1 hour to Salzburg or Hallstatt. Place has private covered parking. Everything went fine

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung, die Einrichtung ist modern und zugleich gemütlich,, die Realität entspricht zu 100 % den Bildern .Alles war sehr sauber . Die Lage ist perfekt für alle möglichen Ausflüge. Man ist in 5 min im Wald und an einem Fluss/ kleinen See , in ca 35 min etwas bergauf zum Wössener See , was besonders unseren Hunden gefallen hat. Vom Haus aus kann man alle möglichen Spaziergänge/ Wanderungen starten: entlang der Ache kann man ebenerdig laufen oder hoch in den Wald bergauf zu einer der zahlreichen Almen oder Aussichtspunkte.Die Aussicht vom Panoramafenster in der Küche auf die Berge/ Wiese mit Kühen ist sehr schön und entspannend. Der Ortskern von Unterwössen ist zu Fuß in ca 10 min erreichbar, ein gut ausgestatteter neuer Edeka , Bäcker etc. , man findet auch einige Wirtshäuser, die im Mai aber noch nicht alle tgl. geöffnet hatten. im Sommer sieht das sicher anders aus.wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Franziska's guest apartment is delightful! We found everything we needed! We relished the coziness of the kitchen and great room, which were conducive to visiting, contemplation, yoga, and soothing window views. We valued the separate WC and lavatory. The entire apartment is comfortably spacious and functional, with ample hooks and storage nooks for things we like to bring. Surpassing the exceptional nature of the guest apartment is its responsive, caring, competent, and helpful owner, Franziska! She is friendly and engaging but not intrusive. Her sensitivity and professional knowledge of hospitality are evident in every detail. For us, her decorating and keen management of her guest apartment created a feeling of an inviting home away from home. We couldn't have been happier. We believe Franziska is an infinity Super Host, and we thank her for creating an environment conducive to our total relaxation and enjoyment. We have but one regret, two weeks wasn't an extended enough stay!

Great apartment and johannes responded very quickly to our question! 30 mins walk but we found the bus 5 mins walk away, no 3 and no 8! Salzburg was amazing, will definitely come back!

Très bel appartement, conforme à la description, spacieux et très agréable. Lubica est très sympathique avec plein de petites attentions, boissons dans le réfrigérateur, petits chocolats et gâteaux au dernier petit-déjeuner. Lubica nous a très gentiment changé les couettes car le temps était devenu plus chaud. Nous aurions aimé plus parlé avec elle s'il n'y avait un problème de langue de notre côté. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Es war einfach nur wunderbar. Das alte Bauernhaus ist ein Gesamtkunstwerk und von der Gastgeberin Sabine, die Restauratorin und Kirchenmalerin ist, perfekt instant gehalten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und der Abschied viel schwer. Vielen Dank liebe Sabine für den herzlichen Empfang, wunderschönen Aufenthalt und die tollen Tipps. Wir kommen wieder.

Super Wohnung und Christian ist sehr nett. Wenn es möglich ist, würden wir noch mal hier übernachten:)

We spent a few days here in May and all of us absolutely loved this Airbnb. It was spacious and clean with gorgeous views all around. It is located in a beautiful area and if you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place to book. Thomas and his family were very nice and helpful.

Last minute geboekt en bij toeval beschikbaar. Prachtige villa van alle gemakken voorzien, vloerverwarming in de woon/eetkamer, heerlijke sauna en ruime jacuzzi, goede bedden, vlak bij de piste en op 12 minuten rijden van Katschberg höhe. Met 8 volwassenen en een kind van 7, meer dan voldoende ruimte. Ook aan te raden in het voorjaar, zomer of herfst seizoen. Wij komen in ieder geval nog graag een keer terug.

Our stay at Roman’s. Was great. 😊 it’s a big home with plenty of room. The pool was fun and the place was nice and clean!! Roman was a great host and responded to questions very quickly!!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der tollen Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Zu Beginn haben wir eine Führung durchs Haus bekommen und danach konnten wir auch schon den ruhigen Garten und den schönen Ausblick von dem Terrassen-Balkon genießen. Highlight war die Möglichkeit, die traumhafte Grillhütte paar Fahrminuten entfernt zu nutzen. Meine Schwester war auch sehr glücklich über den Wellnessbereich im Keller vom Haus 👌🏻

Wir hatten Anfang Mai 2025 einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Landhausvilla von Angela, Joy, Klaus und Tequila (dem Wachhund). Wir sind mit sechs Personen (Oma, Opa, Mama, Papa und unseren erwachsenen Söhnen), sowie unserem Familienhund Blixa angereist. Die Landhausvilla hat einen besonderen Charme, ist sehr hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet und alle Räume sind supersauber vorbereitet gewesen. Alles was wir für unseren 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt benötigten, war vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. An den kälteren Abenden haben wir den gemütlichen Ofen angefeuert und z.B. auf dem großen TV im Wohnzimmer gemeinsam den ESC 2025 geschaut. Wir wurden von Joy mit einem österreichischen Schweinsbraten und Feuer im Kamin sowie im Ofen begrüßt ! Da sich nicht nur Tequila und Blixa gut verstanden haben, hat Joy uns drei Mal ein wunderbares Abendessen gezaubert. Das war wirklich toll ! Für uns das perfekte Ferienhaus und wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen !

Perfecte locatie en zeer mooi verblijf. Perfect voor een skitrip, hou er alleen rekening mee dat je kort moet rijden naar één van de nabijgelegen skistations, en dat dat skibus niet meteen in de straat voorbijkomt. Maar als je een auto hebt is het allemaal perfect te doen. Zeker aan te raden!

Für viele Gäste mit Haustier (Hund) perfekt geeignet. Eigenes Haus und Gartenlaube, bei schönem Wetter sehr schön. Aufladen von E-Auto mit Wallbox sehr einfach und direkt beim Vermieter zu zahlen. Mitten in der Natur, sehr ruhig und sehr schöner Blick ins Tal, die Berge, auf den Dom und St. Johann. Die Küche ist mit allem was benötigt wird ausgerüstet.

Was für ein traumhaft schöner Rückzugsort mitten in der Natur! Die Suttenhütte ist nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft – sie ist ein liebevoll gestaltetes Zuhause, das mit so viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Einfach mega. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von einem neugierigen Fuchs begrüßt. & der Sternenhimmel ist ne Wucht.
Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und gespürt, dass wir hier willkommen sind. Es ist ein Platz zum Ankommen, wohlfühlen. Dieser Ort schenkt Ruhe, inspiriert und lädt zum Träumen ein. 
Von Herzen freuen wir uns schon darauf wiederzukommen.

Auch wenn wir nur zwei Tage Zeit hatten, hat sich unser Aufenthalt richtig gelohnt. Barbara war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und erklärte alles ausführlich aus der Ferne. Auch die Wohnungsübergabe durch ihre Tochter hat super geklappt. Das Haus an sich war wie beschrieben und liegt traumhaft nur ein Paar Minuten mit dem Rad von Chiemsee entfernt in einem kleinen Dorf am Waldrand. Ideal für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen oder mit dem Rad/zu Fuß die wunderschöne Gegend genießen wollen. Wir werden lange an dieses Wochenende zurückdenken!
