Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Stroll through the idyllic old town with its small alleys and half-timbered houses and indulge in culinary delights in the cozy restaurants and wine taverns. Shopping is about 3 minutes by car.

In the middle of the Spessart lies our apartment with its own entrance, terrace and large garden in the resort of Schollbrunn. Due to its location, our apartment is an ideal starting point for active hiking and cycling enthusiasts. On designated hiking and biking trails you can explore the Spessart or cycle along the Main. The nearby Schollbrunn Wildlife Park is a nearby destination for those seeking relaxation.

Close to Marktheidenfeld and not far from Aschaffenburg and Würzburg, the spacious and quiet accommodation is located in the beautiful Spessart, a large forest area with hiking and adventure opportunities. The approx. 80 m² apartment has been completely renovated and has a separate entrance, a kitchen, a spacious dining and living area, a bathroom and a bedroom (1 large double bed + folding guest bed and a cot).

Welcome to our newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment on the outskirts of Karbach. Karbach is located at the edge of the Spessart near the Main, only 5 km away from Marktheidenfeld, where you will find all the shops for your daily needs. With about 50 m² of living space, the apartment offers enough space for a maximum of 3 people, ideal for commuters, business customers and holiday guests.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Wunderschöne geräumige Ferienwohnung  für die ganze Familie Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (für 1 bis 8 Personen) ist im ersten Obergeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang.  Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 m², mit einer Terrasse mit ca. 45 m² und einem Balkon mit 6 m². Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 € pro Tier.

Both Aschaffenburg and Würzburg can be reached quickly within 30 minutes. Due to the highway connection to the A3 only 10 minutes away, the apartment is very suitable for travelers.

Great for Families or for People who need a real break from the city, maybe just with a friend- no internet- just the fire-place, a good wine and good talk, or hot chocolate and a nice fairytale. (we sell our own game- to make it even more authentic).
