Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'Guest access') simplify the stay.

The vacation apartment is located in the middle of the Bregenz Forest in the sunny municipality of Lingenau. With its 35 sqm of living space, it can accommodate two people. The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in summer 2019 with a kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjoining green meadow.
