The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

A unique house for unique days... ...with our tiny house in the Hessian Rhön. It is located in the large garden next to a second Tiny House. From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). Our beautiful apartment in the listed "Alte Mühle" is located in the artists' village of Kleinsassen in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, right at the foot of the Milseburg. It offers an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to nearby Fulda and the Rhön, and in summer use of the beautiful garden with pool. The apartment is quietly located and has a separate entrance. The Kunststation Kleinsassen offers culture vultures a great program and a nice cafe.

Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more for the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.
