The friendly apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the university and institutes. The train station and city center are also a few minutes' walk away, as is Betzenberg. A bus stop is right around the corner. The direct proximity to nature invites you to take walks, hikes and bike rides in the beautiful Palatinate Forest. The apartment was recently newly and stylishly furnished and is well equipped. Families with children are welcome.

Wildcat House

Guests have two bungalows located directly on the edge of the forest. The high location opens up a beautiful view of meadows and forests. The two bungalows, which can be booked separately, frame a courtyard that merges into an area with large trees, which is closed off by a green earth wall. There is a fenced area, ideal for dogs. In the winter, the flickering flames of the pellet fireplace create a cozy atmosphere, and in the summer it's more like the shady trees.

Small but nice. The 150-year-old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. On 95 square meters you will find everything you need for the family. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fully automatic coffee machine, ... The attic is accessible by a steep stair, which can be seen in the pictures. In the yard there is a seating area or you can use the public square at the oven house on the opposite side.

The apartment is functional modern as well as comfortable. Apartment Rose is located in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. One of the most beautiful forests in Germany. This awaits you with fascinating hiking trails, an incredibly impressive flora and fauna, good food and particularly fine wines of the region. After an eventful day in nature, you can relax in the in-house sauna or hot tub and end the day with your loved ones with a homemade meal.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
