Time out at the traditional mountain farm - Egghof

Are you looking for tranquility, proximity to nature and want to wake up with a stunning view of the Münster Valley? Then you've come to the right place at Egghof. The Egghof is the only farm in the Münster Valley to be awarded the "ERBHOF" seal of quality. This means that the farm has been family-owned for over 200 years. The Egghof is located at 1700 m above sea level. In addition to the family of six, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, cats, a dog and a couple of cute rodents live on the farm.

Quietly situated house on a sunny south-facing slope surrounded by woods and meadows in the small village of Lüsai. Good connection (hourly) with ÖFIS. Excellent snowshoeing, ski touring (Piz Daint, Dora, Turettas, Buffalora, Vallatscha, S-charl), hiking (Lai da Rims, Chazfora, Swiss National Park) and MTB conditions (Goldsee-/Tibet-Trail, Bocchetta di Forcola, Val Mora, National Park, Passo Gallo) as well as a small ski area (Minschuns) and an excellent, snow-sure cross-country ski trail.

Egghof Lichtenberg

Our sun-drenched mountain farm "Egghof" is located on the Lichtenberger Höfen, above Lichtenberg in the municipality of Prad am Stilfserjoch, in South Tyrol. The farm is located at an altitude of around 1,400 meters, surrounded by flowering meadows and a natural landscape in a quiet and sunny location, characterized by rural nature and offers a fantastic panoramic view of the upper Vinschgau and the wide mountains. Pritscheshof apartment balcony

The well-furnished apartment “Pritscheshof Balkon” is situated in the Pritscheshof apartment building in Planeil (Planol), a little village in the western part of the beautiful Ötztal Alps in South Tyrol, and is ideal for hiking or cycling holidays in the stunning mountain scenery. The 70 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Situated just outside the pedestrian area beside all amenities, cross country ski track, walking-cycling paths, bus stop, supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. This is a good size apartment (no beds in common areas) which is suitable for couples, families and all people that are respectful of the privacy and tranquility of all residents. This special place has its own style. The old parlor, historic beds and lights, 2 wood stoves, an old porch with dining area, parquet floors and a large garden with old fruit trees make a stay a special experience. Clay plastered interior walls, underfloor and wall heating as well as covered car parking spaces offer the appropriate comfort. The entire high ground floor of the building with almost 100 m² is for rent. New in 2025: New oven and sink!

Vacation in the smallest city in South Tyrol

Apartment Marianna is a newly renovated apartment in the smallest town in the southern Alps, in Glorenza in Val Venosta. Located not far from the city wall, you will find the house with a spacious garden and parking. Just a few meters away, you can walk through one of the three city gates and go directly to the charming medieval town, with its approximately 900 inhabitants. The Vinschgau Card (South Tyrol Guest Pass) is included.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located and lovingly restored 85 m² place. The municipality of Taufers (Italian: Tubre) is located in the lower Münstertal at an altitude of about 1,250 m. The Münstertal is a side valley of the Vinschgau in the far west of South Tyrol, right on the Italian-Swiss border to the canton of Grisons. The area is great for hiking, mountain biking, cycling, skiing or cross-country skiing.

We have three new, beautiful apartments as well as a sunbathing lawn and a parking space. We, Helga and Helmut Spiess, will make sure that you will experience a great, unforgettable vacation in our house.
