Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

Gut gelegenes Apartment im 10. Stock des Wikingturms mit eindrucksvollem Panoramablick über den Ostseefjord Schlei. Vom Balkon, dessen Fensterscheiben zur Seite geschoben werden können, blickt man auf die Innenstadt und den Dom, den Stadthafen, die Möweninsel und die Schlei. Einen schönen Ausblick hat man auch vom Wohnraum aus. Bestens geeignet, um von hier aus Schleswig und Umgebung zu erkunden. Parkmöglichkeit in der Parkgarage oder auch auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters (Schwanenwinkel 1).

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!
