The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

There are 3 bedrooms (bed width 180, 140, 120), 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room, living room overlooking Helnæsbugten. Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

In addition, the cottage is well equipped with both a dishwasher, heat pump and washing machine, so the comfort is top-notch throughout the stay.

Velkommen til den gamle skomagerhytte i Gråsten. Her kan du overnatte i skomagerens gamle værksted - en charmerende hytte nænsomt og rustikt renoveret med respekt for husets unikke historie og sjæl. Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

Et lille badeværelse med wc, håndvask, bruseniche samt vaskemaskine. Omkring huset er der flere terrasser, så solen kan nydes hele dagen, samt en stor have hvor der er rig mulighed for at slappe af. Sommerhuset ligger på en stor naturgrund ca. 400 meter fra vandet. Nabolaget er roligt, og sommerhuset ligger så der er mulighed for privatliv.

The cozy wooden house in Danish/Swedish style offers 60 m² of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, a spacious living room, kitchen with dining area as well as a beautiful garden with 2 terraces and a lawn. One of the bedrooms is suitable as a children's room and is additionally equipped with TV and games. A swimming spot on the Schlei is within walking distance, a small supermarket and health food store with delicious rolls are 10 minutes away.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. My place is close to the area's best child-friendly beach. The house is in a quiet environment with a nice private courtyard, where there is room for the whole family. In the summer, it is nice at the beach and in the courtyard and in the winter, it is nice with a fire in the wood stove. You'll love my place because of the surroundings and the outdoor area. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families (with kids).

The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.
