Apartment right on the Schlei

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is unique! Directly above the fishing port and still central (5 minutes' walk to the city center). Your private bathroom is directly across from the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

House Alva, within walking distance of Schlei & the Baltic Sea, offers you a living and usable area of 110 square meters on an all-day sunny, garden plot of 800 square meters with its own driveway & parking. The cozy Danish-style vacation home impresses with its very spacious living/dining area open to the roof with an open, modern kitchen and view of the large covered terrace, 2 beautiful, bright (darken) and cozy bedrooms and 1 modern bathroom with rain shower.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Vacation home Schleibengel

The vacation home "Schleibengel" in Maasholm is a great destination for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. This comfortable and welcoming 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people. Among the on-site amenities are Wi-Fi, 4 smart TVs with streaming services (Sky) and Netflix, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.

Sea view in a quiet dream location

Dreamlike idyllic location, between forest, meadows and sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment completed at the beginning of 2025 with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an east wind), the call of a red kite (with a west wind), marvel at sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, this is the place to be.

Vacation home Ostsee-Brise

The newly renovated apartment, in the middle of Maasholm-Bad, offers relaxation for everyone! The apartment (raised ground floor) has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a modern bathroom including a rain shower and a balcony. In the shared basement there is both a laundry room with coin slot, as well as the possibility to safely store your own bikes. The apartment is located between the Schlei (about 400 m) and the Baltic Sea (about 900 m)

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

Sun and sea beach house

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. A unique location in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The whirlpool bathtub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/beach views) are great for unwinding. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.

"Smukke Bleibe" Harbor view in Maasholm

Moin! Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on almost 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholm harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. Directly located at the sailing port in Maasholm, it is just a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

Takatuka

The Takatuka vacation home on the Schlei awaits you. A magical spot on earth. You arrive and feel comfortable right away. Our house was built in the late 1960s. It's wonderful. It impresses with decelerating simplicity and contains everything you need to feel good. Come, feel comfortable and make your life as you like.

Cozy "acceptance" in the east of Angeln

Feel welcome in the tranquil Gulde in the middle of Angeln! In our "acceptance" the old farmer used to live after he had left the farm to his children. Today we accommodate family, friends and fishing fans there. Fancy peace and quiet, cycling, beach, culture and nature? Then our "Abnahme" is just right for you!
