Double bed (180 x 200 cm), sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) -> for 3rd person +40Fr.! Bicycle storage in the basement, parking in the area. Train station, various restaurants and the Rhine are within walking distance.

At the Rhine it is 10-15 min walk Parking directly at the apartment Bus connection in about 150m The apartment is located in a new building area. Our house is ready. But occasionally there can be construction noise. (Neighbouring houses) Outdoor complex is not yet completed and will gradually be built in summer/autumn 2019.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Long-term guests up to 3 months are also welcome to welcome you. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.
