The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

You will find free parking not far from the property (about 1 minute) It's less than 5 minutes to the highway. So it's ideal for a short break before continuing your journey. The 120 m² vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 separate floors, each with a bedroom and living area and a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and the sauna, which is exclusively for your use. On the 2nd floor you will find bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 (see photo tour). On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax.
