Villa Maria, a fairy tale house in Alsace

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

la proximité de Strasbourg et de l'Allemagne dans un cadre de verdure et de tranquillité est un atout majeur pour ce studio tout équipé pour 2 personnes ( ou de deux personnes plus un bébé de moins de 2 ans) Le studio comporte une chambre avec lit double , ( un lit pour bébé)en été vous disposez d'une table et de chaises dans le jardin, ainsi que de transats. Les draps, les torchons et le linge de toilette sont fournis. les frais de ménage ne sont pas déductibles.

Beautiful spacious and bright apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor of the residence. The owner lives on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living/dining room and a furnished entrance serving as a space for meals. At the back of the accommodation, you can access a terrace. The accommodation was renovated in 2020. The accommodation has very nice sun exposure. It is equipped with the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

Romantic winegrower's house

A winegrower's cottage furnished with love in the wine village of Altschweier, ideal for romantic breaks. Located directly on the Ortenau Wine Trail, with many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The Black Forest National Park is only 20 minutes away. The cottage is equipped with high-quality furnishings, in winter the pellet stove burns with a cosy flame, A seat on the winemaker's property invites you to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.

Charmant appartement 2 pièces de 49m2 entièrement refait à neuf, comprenant une salle d' eau avec douche à l’italienne et un WC séparé, une cuisine ouverte sur un salon avec un canapé convertible (double matelas ) et une chambre avec un dressing. 1 place de parking vous sera dédiée. L' appartement se situe à 15 minutes de Strasbourg. Je serais heureux de vous accueillir. Possibilité d'avoir une offre sur-mesure.

Come and recharge your batteries in our tree house (not accessible to people with reduced mobility, miller's ladder) with a view of our miniature goats, our mini ponies, our pig, total disconnection but with very good network coverage (just in case)😀. Guests can enjoy a real SPA on the deck of the cabin. ⚠️ The cabin is not suitable for infants. 20 min from Strasbourg, 15 min from Haguenau, 10 min from Germany.
