In the garden, you will find outdoor furniture, BBQ, a shared swimming pond, fire pit, parasols, hammock, but also all kinds of play facilities for the kids.

This cozy vacation home, suitable for two people, has a cozy living room with open kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable box spring. The adjoining open concept bathroom has a rain shower. There is a separate toilet, covered terrace and a garden outside. Due to large windows, there is a lot of light. There is also a sauna for private use during your stay.

Do you need a warm place for yourself? Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish vinted space. This studio/tiny house is indoors in our farmhouse. From the balcony, you have a view of the river Maas. You live on our property with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests who stay in caravans. It's quiet here but not silent. So you really hear a car, the flushing of our toilet or the lawnmower of the neighbors. People from the city find it quiet here!

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guesthouse with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The residence is on the grounds of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, an evening hot tub is included. Hot tub can be booked for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a closet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside. Smoking outside is no problem.

Newly built guesthouse with large veranda

After renovating our own house, a 1938 cow barn, we built an attractive studio with a large veranda and beautiful views of our house. The studio is newly built, vintage finds have been used for the interior and decoration. You can enjoy the tranquility, hiking, biking, and cities like Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Tilburg are only half an hour's drive away. Or consider the Efteling, Toverland, Utrecht and Antwerp.

Our nineteenth-century farmhouse includes an outbuilding that we have restored over the past years as a work and guesthouse. In this guest house you will find a new kitchen, library / living room with sofa bed, a large open dining and working area with mezzanine and 3 (sleeping) rooms on the first floor.
