From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

A 6-minute walk is nice and quiet, historic Delfshaven, nice to eat and drink. Nice walking routes to the city centre. Close to public transport. My apartment is renovated, vintage decorated with a view of the Schie canal. Layout: living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a very good double bed (M-line mattress), 1 bedroom with bunk beds, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom/toilet, balcony. I live downstairs, you have the upper floor.

Een Nespresso-apparaat voor heerlijke koffie. Het Vroesenpark ligt aan de overkant, Diergaarde Blijdorp op 10 minuten lopen, evenals metro Blijdorp (800m). Nabij centrum en uitvalswegen. Neem op een warme dag een verfrissende duik in het kanaal, of stap in de kano's die voor je klaar liggen.

The lovely balcony is overlooking the peaceful inner courtyard, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Separately you find the spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Studio and alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
