A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

The vacation apartment is located in the local recreation area Steinhuder Meer in a 2-family house on the 1st floor. It is a 3-room apartment of about 100 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The terrace by the living room invites you to have breakfast and relax. Everyone is welcome here. We also look forward to children. My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.
