Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

The guest room is located in the Wilhelmshöhe district, within walking distance of Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe (World Heritage Site!). In the attic of a 3-family house - separate apartment. In addition to a bedroom (140 cm bed), a kitchenette and a bathroom with bathtub are available. The apartment is centrally located to shopping, cafes, restaurants, tram and Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe train station - all about 5 minutes' walk. In the kitchenette, a selection of teas and coffee is available.

The bathroom invites you to linger with a spacious shower and modern design. In the bedroom, a double bed (1.6 m x 2.0 m) awaits you. The chaise longue can also be used as an extra bed.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Magical view from the balcony. Very cozy attic apartment almost directly on the forest, but only 15 minutes by car from the Documentary City of Kassel. A day trip to the Unesco World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park including Hercules is worthwhile. Great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig). Rewe, Aldi, pharmacy and ATM in the village. Swimming pool and cinema 10 minutes away by car.

Living on the farm

Our house is free-standing between fields, forest and meadows in beautiful scenery. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large eat-in kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" can be reached quickly.

Quiet city apartment with loft flair and sauna

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Stylish living in the city center, absolutely quiet apartment right on the Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, Kassel's nightlife center with plenty of gastronomy offers right in front of the door. Due to the location in the back house of a Gründerzeit house absolutely quiet despite downtown location overlooking the garden. Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
