Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

This property is a new purchase to us and we are continually updating as the season goes on. It is very clean and tidy, please contact us for more details. A traditional 2 bed Austrian 3rd floor apartment. Located just a short walk from the town centre.Ski bus stops outside and the ability to ski back to the apartment after enjoying the Austrian apres ski. A large double bedroom and a smaller room with 2 beds. There is a sofa bed.
