The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

Our Leonhard apartment house was newly opened in May 2023. The 9 residential units were built in an ecological manner. A soundproofed 1-room apartment awaits you, which convinces with its modern and at the same time practical furnishings. Cleaning, including towel and linen changes, takes place approximately every two weeks during the stay.

Since the apartment is on the courtyard side, you hear absolutely nothing from the vibrant life in the old town. Shops, restaurants, cozy bars and a bakery are very close.
