Monthly Rentals in Scaria

Great place and great host. We have returned, you can see my previous review too. The place stays really nice, all as described in the pictures. Highly recommended.

Excellent hosting and very attentive owner!

I stayed here for 3 nights in early June with my two teenage kids and we enjoyed it very much! The lake views were beautiful, and so was the location. We loved being in a small town (with a number of good restaurants) but still close to Lugano, which is also accessible by ferry at a nearby stop. The place was exactly as described and was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Host was responsive and helpful. It's about 25m to get to lake level, where we went swimming a number of times. There's no beach or designated entry point (that I could see anyway) but you can hop in off the edge where the boats are tied up. My kids loved it! We didn't have any issue finding parking at the lot at the top of the village (although the spots were quite tight). It's around a 5-minute walk to the apartment which is well worth it to be so close to the lake! Recommended!

Lucia was really perfect! We had booked for 7 people but, due to family problems, some friends couldn't come. Despite the lack of notice, Lucia contacted AirBnb directly to provide us with only one apartment instead of two, thus making us save. It was also mythical in recommending an exceptional restaurant and places with breathtaking views. If we go back to the area, we'll try to relocate from Lucia. Thank you for everything!
